Take the stress out of your accounts and enjoy profitable business growth

Work with us to make more time for your family

CHA is an accountancy practice run by mums for parents! Our mission is to make your accounting process as simple and stress free as possible, so you can spend more time doing the things you love, with the people you love.

As a parent in business you need an accountant who understands the juggle, and we truly do, as we are doing it too! We will work in partnership with you to give you the service you and your business needs, so you can concentrate on running your business, and family, instead of worrying about your accounts. We can help you to set up your business, and then help your business to grow – as well as keep you in HMRC’s good books!

We are delighted to partner with Xero, Receipt Bank and Futrli to provide you with beautiful accounting software, which takes the headache of doing your accounts away and helps to build the business of your dreams.

Because less time on your books means more time with your family.

Accountant Pig
CHERYL PRICE

As a mum and step-mum to a tribe of 5 I am certainly kept busy. I fully understand the juggle and need for flexibility when it comes to running your business as well as looking after your family. One of the reasons I set up CHA was so I could be more flexible and be there for the kids when I needed to. And I love being able to help other parents to realise their dreams and set up their own businesses.

Having worked in accounts since 2003, both from within a business and then in a medium sized accountancy practice I have had some fantastic experience with a number of businesses. I started my accounting journey with AAT, becoming qualified shortly before my first son was born. I then went on to complete a Payroll Management Diploma with ICB and also completed my ACCA qualification to become a Certified Chartered Accountant – both self-taught from home around the kids and working (which I am quite proud of!).

One thing that has helped in my business journey is having something to work towards – and my bucket list is full of incredible destinations around the globe. Australia is top of my list – as an Ozzy soap geek, I absolutely need to visit the Home & Away and Neighbours TV sets! I’d love to road-trip around America in a Winnebago, and experience the food in Thailand, as well as going back to New York (but in the summer this time!), and a cruise around the Caribbean. There are so many more places to discover, but one guarantee is it will never happen during Tax Return Season in January!
